A leading company, Fusion Personnel, is on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Directors with high-level administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Directors, ensuring efficiency in all office operations.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for executive-level meetings.
- Handle communication between executives and internal/external parties with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in developing presentations and reports, leveraging advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Maintain confidential information and work on special projects as directed by the executive team.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and ERP systems (such as SAP).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R40,000 per month.
