A leading company in Emalahleni, Eastern Cape is currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant. This is an excellent chance to join a supportive team and enhance your administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and ensure effective communication within the office.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional courses in administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
