A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator. This role is ideal for a charismatic individual looking to enhance their career in a vibrant environment located in Centurion, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and respond to emails professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area while ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Provide visitors with information regarding services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
