Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies to support the manufacturing and supply chain operations effectively.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance and support to the manufacturing teams on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ generalist HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or mining environments.
- Strategic Vision: Confidently operate at a strategic level while maintaining hands-on support for operational teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R70,000 – R100,000 per month.
