Exciting Opportunity: Office Coordinator to the Chief Executive Officer (6 Months Contract) in Centurion

A leading company, Thusa Batho Labour Solutions, is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to support the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the seamless operation of the CEO’s office for a six-month fixed-term project in Centurion, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s office.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence necessary for executive meetings.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and projects.
  • Oversee office operations and administrative functions, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for queries directed to the CEO, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant role or similar, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
