A leading company, Thusa Batho Labour Solutions, is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to support the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the seamless operation of the CEO’s office for a six-month fixed-term project in Centurion, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s office.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence necessary for executive meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and projects.
- Oversee office operations and administrative functions, fostering a productive work environment.
- Act as the point of contact for queries directed to the CEO, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant role or similar, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
