A leading company in the legal services sector, Pro Tem, is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Conveyancing Secretary. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment located in Roodepoort, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior conveyancers with the preparation and maintenance of property sales documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of information between clients, attorneys, and external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for various transactions.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification or a conveyancing certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar legal administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
  • Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
