Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship by ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

- Manage onboarding processes for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and set clear expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and promote long-term partnerships.
- Track and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive success.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and communicate with clients about potential services.
- Report customer feedback and trends to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client success or customer service role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Market Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month (USD 1500 – 2000).
