Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage front-of-house activities including reception, check-ins, and guest relations.
- Supervise lodge staff, providing training and leadership to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate reservation systems using Property Management Systems (e.g., Nightsbridge).
- Maintain lodge facilities and ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
Requirements
- Qualification: Experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems.
