A leading company in the construction sector, Raubex is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is an excellent chance to contribute to vital administrative functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update efficient filing systems, ensuring all records and databases are accurate and organized.
  • Capture and process data with precision and timeliness to support various operational processes.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting reports and documents for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information and records.
  • Support administrative team members with clerical tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: Estimated R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
