Exciting Opportunity: Manager – Training & Development in Central Africa

A leading company, TestHiring, is on the lookout for a skilled Manager – Training & Development to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a brilliant chance to enhance learning initiatives across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across various departments to identify and assess skill gaps.
  • Design, deliver, and implement multilingual training programs in French, Swahili, English, and Hindi, covering induction and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to prioritize learning initiatives based on identified training needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to enhance skills and knowledge retention.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in training and development roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation methods.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 per month.
