Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across various departments to identify and assess skill gaps.
- Design, deliver, and implement multilingual training programs in French, Swahili, English, and Hindi, covering induction and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to prioritize learning initiatives based on identified training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to enhance skills and knowledge retention.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in training and development roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation methods.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R10,000 per month.
