Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 20–40 hires per month consistently, focusing primarily on contact center agents across various roles including sales, customer service, and debt counselling.
- Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage potential candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape and talent market to effectively identify and source candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the organization.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of successfully delivering 20+ hires per month in a contact center or call center environment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are beneficial.
- Systems: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
