Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary operations of the lodge, ensuring that all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and utilize local ingredients.
- Oversee kitchen staff training, motivating team members to maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and professional kitchen space.
- Manage kitchens on a day-to-day basis, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury dining environment.
- Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, creative culinary ability, and excellent communication.
