Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and assess training programs for restaurant waitrons to ensure compliance with QCTO/CATHSSETA standards.
- Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to learners to help them improve their practical skills in a restaurant setting.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of various learners.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner progress throughout their training period.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure alignment of training with industry requirements.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a teaching/assessing role within the hospitality sector.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to engage with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge: Understanding of QCTO/CATHSSETA requirements and hospitality industry standards is preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
