Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee training programs for staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Maintain training records and provide reports to management on training metrics and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring a productive and engaging environment for participants.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric certificate and Qualified Artisan – Welder or Vehicle Body Builder trade.
- Experience: Relevant experience in coordinating training sessions, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with training software and tools is an advantage.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
