Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting through to hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on stringent qualifications and company culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop a recruitment strategy.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms to attract top talent, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing feedback to both candidates and management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or BBA with HR emphasis preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Reporting Line: This role reports to the Recruitment Manager and Head of HR.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R8,000 – R10,000 per month.
