Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient support to attorneys by preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Utilize Dictaphone typing for accurate documentation and transcription of legal materials.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist with civil law litigation processes, understand the specifics of third-party claims such as RAF.
- Coordinate with clients and external parties, providing updates and scheduling appointments as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil law litigation as a typist.
- Skillset: Proficient with Dictaphone typing and other legal secretarial software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with third-party claims, particularly related to the Road Accident Fund (RAF).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and attorneys.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 – R20,000 per month.
