Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue within assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing frameworks, specifically within the CSP model.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress using CRM software.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in ICT account management or channel sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft licensing products and experience with channel sales models.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
