Exciting Opportunity: Helicopter Sales Manager – Southern Africa in Johannesburg

A leading company in the aviation sector, Rotortrade, is on the lookout for a skilled Helicopter Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts across Southern Africa. If you have a passion for aviation and a proven track record in sales, this position offers a strategic role with significant growth potential in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets across Southern Africa.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage customer inquiries, negotiate Sale & Purchase Agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to drive sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase product offerings and network with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management within the aviation industry, preferably with helicopters.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships.
  • Education: A relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Aviation Management is preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the aviation market and regulatory requirements in Southern Africa.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
