Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets across Southern Africa.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage customer inquiries, negotiate Sale & Purchase Agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to drive sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase product offerings and network with potential clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management within the aviation industry, preferably with helicopters.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships.
- Education: A relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Aviation Management is preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the aviation market and regulatory requirements in Southern Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
