Key Responsibilities
- Perform all sales and merchandising operational activities for specified retail and wholesale outlets on the defined route plan.
- Ensure that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimize client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales success.
- Monitor and evaluate merchandising execution at store level, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales promotions and inventory management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a merchandising or sales role, preferably in FMCG.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
