Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Plan and conduct internal health and safety audits, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees to enhance workplace safety awareness.
- Monitor safety equipment and maintain records of safety inspections.
- Ensure adherence to the legal health and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Health & Safety Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a health and safety role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
