Exciting Opportunity: Legal Secretary / Paralegal / HR in Durbanville, Cape Town

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is looking for a versatile and detail-driven Legal Secretary / Paralegal / HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized professional eager to support a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and maintaining HR records.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications with clients and external parties.
  • Perform legal research and gather case information as needed to support legal proceedings.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Law, Paralegal Studies, or Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar legal or HR administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in legal software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R350,000 – R450,000 per year.
