Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and payroll principles.
- Administer employee benefits and deductions in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports, including tax submissions and year-end reconciliations.
Requirements
