Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists and scanning systems.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical Condition: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
