Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job specifications.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track applicant metrics to improve the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with information about the company and the role.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R28,000 per month.
