Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skillsets in use of TSIS technology.
- Manage system administration tasks, ensuring proper functionality and updates of TSIS.
- Provide technical support and guidance on TSIS-related issues to staff and training participants.
- Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training with organizational goals and procedures.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and at least one ERP system, such as Syspro.
- Experience: Previous experience in a training coordination role or similar is highly desirable.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
