Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Stonebridge HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist Supervisor to ensure service excellence in a luxurious hotel setting in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage guest bookings while adhering to the hotel’s five-star standards.
  • Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out processes for all guests.
  • Monitor and guide reception staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and customer service skills.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area, setting a professional tone for guests as they enter.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on delivering personalized service to guests and resolving conflicts.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with booking software and hotel management systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 per month.
