A dynamic team within the Construction Industry is inviting you to join them as an HR Assistant. If you have a passion for human resources, payroll, and administrative excellence, this is your chance to shine in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing HR processes effectively, ensuring seamless operation within the team.
  • Handle payroll with precision, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all employees.
  • Support recruitment initiatives by coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labour regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an HR role is an advantage, preferably within the construction sector.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
