Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
- Manage project schedules and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and quality workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of completed work to ensure standards are met.
- Provide leadership and technical support to site team members.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the civil or construction industry.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management software and techniques.
