Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Artisan Diesel Mechanic in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all machinery is operating efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain the depot’s productivity.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance tasks performed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant Mechanical Engineering certification or trade qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, however, recent graduates may also apply.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
