Exciting Opportunity: Client/Account Manager – Recruitment (UK & US) in Cape Town

Join the talented team at Remote Professionals as a dedicated Client/Account Manager – Recruitment. This is an exciting chance to leverage your account management skills in a remote role based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from initial engagement through to placement and retention.
  • Manage client accounts with a focus on understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Actively engage in strategic conversations to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and market trends in the UK and US job markets.
  • Education: Relevant certifications or degrees in business, human resources, or a related field are a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R35,000 per month.
