Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the TM: Merit Team’s trade mark portfolio and address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate deadlines and monitor essential communications related to trade mark registrations.
- Provide administrative support through drafting correspondence and managing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Law or Intellectual Property preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal or administrative role related to trade marks is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
