Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nurse Supervisor in ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and counselling to nursing staff to enhance service delivery.
- Assist with the scheduling and management of nursing staff to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.
- Evaluate patient care plans and nursing practices for continual improvement.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant nursing degree and registration with the South African Nursing Council.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a nursing role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Additional: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
