Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant in Sandton

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to step into a dynamic role? HR Studio is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management for executives.
  • Prepare and organize documents, notes, and action schedules, fostering a well-structured workflow.
  • Engage with complex operational tasks that require analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, extending beyond routine clerical duties.
  • Utilize Excel and other data management tools to prepare reports and analyze operational metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or support role, showcasing a capability to handle executive tasks.
  • Attitude: A proactive approach with a culture of excellence; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
