A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is looking for a skilled Internal Recruiter to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to contribute directly to client success while managing end-to-end hiring for multiple US locations, particularly in clinical roles, all from the comfort of your home in Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for clinical positions across various US locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and techniques to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company’s brand and attract potential candidates.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
