Exciting Opportunity: Accounts Clerk in KwaZulu-Natal

A reputable finance and distribution company, RPO Recruitment, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter authorised stock adjustments into the ERP system.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including posting to the general ledger.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide insight on financial performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in finance/accounting preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail: Strong organizational and communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
