Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the branch manager.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports as necessary for meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system to ensure quick access to important documents.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to other team members when required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric or equivalent qualification is essential; a diploma in office administration is an advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
