Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in iLembe, KwaZulu-Natal

A leading company in KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal is currently searching for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential support to the branch manager. This role is an excellent chance to join a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the branch manager.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports as necessary for meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to ensure quick access to important documents.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members when required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric or equivalent qualification is essential; a diploma in office administration is an advantage.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R9,500 per month.
