Exciting Opportunity: HR Admin Assistant in Pretoria

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to enhance your career? Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is currently seeking a dedicated HR Admin Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to join a growing team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support the HR team with data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy in all processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR files and systems to maintain compliance and data integrity.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, ensuring materials are prepared and venues are booked.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: HR or Office Administration qualification (Certificate/Diploma).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience within a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and experienced in document formatting.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
