Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Practitioner in Durban

A leading company, The HR Company, is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Practitioner to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about fostering workplace culture and enhancing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide support in employee training and development programs.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and employee feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee relations issues, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure a healthy workplace environment.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor legislation.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably majoring in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with South African labor laws and HR best practices.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R30,000 – R40,000 per month.
