Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide support in employee training and development programs.
- Facilitate performance review processes and employee feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations issues, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure a healthy workplace environment.
- Assist in the development of HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably majoring in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within an educational setting.

💰 Salary Insight
