Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehousing, transport, and logistics departments.
- Implement and manage operational procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizing performance and maintaining equipment.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation management, including supply chain, inventory, and stock control.
- Manage a team of logistics and warehouse staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using warehouse management systems and logistics software.
