Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure operations meet the standards of cleanliness and service quality.
- Implement and adhere to housekeeping SOPs, ensuring proper hygiene and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Resolve any issues or challenges calmly, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Train and coach new housekeeping staff on procedures, techniques, and standards to optimize performance and service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or safari lodge environment.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

💰 Salary Insight
