A leading company, Isilumko Staffing, is currently seeking a reliable and professional Switchboard Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a 4-month fixed-term contract in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct inbound and outbound calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and messages.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a switchboard operator or similar role.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 – R23,000 per month.
