Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure the hotel is in top condition for guests.
- Manage both the Maintenance and Farm teams to uphold exceptional service and standards.
- Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets for maintenance projects and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects while minimizing guest disruption.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Facilities Management or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance management role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
💰 Salary Insight
