Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events to source candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems).
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
