Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction in both the restaurant and event venue.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high operational standards.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management to optimize profitability.

Requirements
