Key Responsibilities
- Administer and dispense medication and treatment to employees while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor and promote employee well-being.
- Implement health and safety programs, including training employees on best practices.
- Maintain accurate health records and produce reports for management review.
- Collaborate with health and safety committees to promote workplace wellness initiatives.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered Nurse with a specialization in Occupational Health Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
