Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Engineering Manager, overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Implement and enforce operations standards framework pertaining to civil engineering design and maintenance management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
- Assess and improve existing engineering systems and practices to elevate quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain civil standards documentation in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.
- Certification: Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is preferred.
